Villa Belpur is set at a higher elevation and immediately behind its twin, Villa Anouk. Each villa has four bedrooms in almost identical layouts, and they are both spread over three floors.
The main entrances to each villa take one into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with comfortable L-shaped sofas, dining tables for 8 people, and well-equipped modern kitchens. White walls, pastel furnishings, and the natural wood tones of the floor set the contemporary style for the rest of both houses, and three sets of sliding glass doors drink in the pool and countryside views, and provide direct access to the terrace.
In both Anouk and Belpur, living room entertainment options include an xBox, an iPod, iPad, and a selection of games, ensuring there'll never be a dull moment during your stay. For an added touch of convenience, both villas also feature Google Home, making it easier to control various aspects of your stay.
All of the bedrooms at Villas Anouk and Belpur are on the first floor and are each equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and an ensuite shower room. The master bedroom of Belpur opens directly onto a panoramic terrace where you will find sun loungers and an al fresco lounge area from which you can soak up the irresistible views of your surroundings all the way out to the Adriatic. In Anouk, two of the bedrooms share a terrace with lounge seating and with the same glorious views.
Villas Anouk and Belpur are completed by their basement floors, which are reserved only for unwinding and entertainment purposes. The multipurpose studios contain a billiard table in belpur and a soccer table in Anouk, darts, and a dedicated fitness space with a multi-gym, kettlebells, and dumbbells. The fabulous hot tubs and saunas provide the perfect finish to a day at both villas.
Al fresco life at Villas Anouk and Belpur takes place mainly on the expansive ground floor terraces that wrap themselves around the perimeter of each house, from the pool area at the front of each villa to the spacious dining area at the back of Belpur and at the front of Anouk. Both are served by a large grill so you can prepare delicious meals (or let our chef take care of that for you). It is the perfect spot for culinary pursuits.

- Villas Anouk and Belpur is a collection of two next door villas that are essentially twins with only minor differences: Villa Anouk and Villa Belpur.
- All of the bedrooms and the living rooms are equipped with AC units.
- The pools are not heated, therefore may be extremely refreshing before and after the summer season.
- Villas Anouk & Belpur is a pet-friendly property but please submit your pet request before booking.
- Fold-out beds can be provided and prepared for groups of 17-20.
- As with all residential areas on Hvar Island, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No music is to be played outside during these hours.
- Note that construction noise is illegal in this region of Croatia from 1st June – 30th September. If you book outside of this time, i.e. in May or October, there is the possibility of construction noise impacting your stay.
- Restaurants and other establishments mentioned are subject to seasonal availability. Opening and closing dates are determined by the businesses themselves and may vary. Some venues may be closed outside the peak summer season.
The Area
Villas Anouk & Belpur are some of the first houses upon entering Pitve village, one of Hvar's oldest settlements and considered by many as the most picturesque.
Pitve is a picturesque hamlet positioned at the foot of the dramatic hills that separate it from the sea. It is one of the oldest hamlets on the island, established to watch over the settlements and fields below from its incredible vantage point. Shaded by the rim of the island’s ridgeline, Pitve stays much greener than the rest of Hvar and enjoys a breath of cool mountain air, even in the peak of summer. This historic town is perfectly preserved. There is no new construction here, just beautifully restored stone houses in a setting that would suit a Mediterranean fairy tale.
Today, Pitve attracts travellers who appreciate quiet, generous space and easy access to both nature and the coast without being right in the midst of the action. Hiking trails start directly from the village edge, cycling routes wind through nearby fields, and both the northern and southern side beaches lie just a short drive away. To reach some of the finest beaches on Hvar, simply pass through the Pitve-Zavala tunnel – an experience that feels like a small adventure in its own right. Pitve works best for guests who want to slow down and experience Hvar from its interior, away from more popular hubs, yet still not far away from anything.
