Villa M

Villa M is an L-shaped construction, arranged over two wings and three floors. The house was designed to make the most of its captivating sea views, and conceived with an impeccably contemporary design where a calming palette of white, grey, and natural wood exalts the property's clean lines and geometric forms. The scrupulously styled furnishings are juxtaposed against the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Myriad sea view windows open out onto the surrounding terraces and add to the airy, luminous, and sophisticated atmosphere.

The main entrance takes one immediately into the open-concept dining area and living room, which hosts modern curvilinear sofas and armchairs and is home to a Sonos sound system and a large smart TV. To your right, a sleek kitchen centred around an island work station. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with high-end Bosch appliances, a Nespresso machine, and everything you (or your chef) will need for preparing delicious meals.

A hardwood floating staircase leads to the upstairs sleeping wing, comprising two king bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom boasts a sliding glass door that opens out onto the panoramic balcony terrace with a spellbinding view of the cliff below the villa, the crystal clear Adriatic, and a magical relief of the neighbouring island of Vis.

The remaining accommodation at Villa M is located across three king bedrooms on the lower ground floor, each again with its ensuite shower room. Although they don't have sea views, they are the ideal rooms for those seeking more independence from the rest of the group.

Guests staying at Villa M naturally gravitate to the large expanse of terrace accessed from the main communal living area. The creamy white stone of this area flanked with deckchairs gives way to a few steps that lead to one of the island’s most beguiling pools, a 36-metre square heatable infinity pool with panoramic views, framed by gorgeous hardwood panelling. Sunsets here are truly something to behold.

The pool terrace extends to the side of the sleeping wing, where there is a delightful shady al fresco dining area and lounging area overlooking the sea. As the evening descends, stargaze with the outdoor lounge area’s telescope, or wander the garden to immerse yourself in the fragrant embrace of Mediterranean herbs, olives, magnolias, palm trees, and pine forest that envelop the villa. Carefully designed external lighting ensures that all of the outdoor spaces take on a magical glow as the sun sets and night falls.
