Accommodation at the Infinity Residence is laid out over two floors.
The main entrance takes one through an impressive hardwood door into the ground floor hub of the home. This open-concept communal space has two distinct zones. To one side is a large grey sofa and a pair of armchairs flanking the 72” Smart TV. To the other is the well-equipped and hi-spec kitchen, which features a large, convivial island with seating for 6.
Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors ensure not only that the superb sea and city views are omnipresent, but also that the large pool terrace and the al fresco dining and barbecue zone can be accessed with complete ease.
This communal space provides a blueprint for the interior design of much of the property. Its geometric forms are complemented by pure white walls juxtaposed with exposed concrete, and softened by pastel fabrics and warm wood accents. The atmosphere is at once stimulating, welcoming, and tranquil.
Stairs lead up from behind the living area to the first floor, which is home to the Residence’s three bedrooms:
• The principal suite, which features a king-sized bed and an open-plan ensuite bathroom with tub and, behind a semi-partition wall, a walk-in shower and WC. This bedroom, like the living area directly below, boasts a wall of sliding glass doors opening out onto a private balcony terrace that commands the most superior views from the property.
• Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds that share a spacious, dual-sink bathroom.
OUTSIDE
Accessed from the open-plan living area, the expansive main terrace runs along the front of the house, crowned by the breathtaking infinity pool, from which you can soak up the views that stretch across the town out to the Adriatic beyond.
This outdoor space has distinct yet harmonious zones for al fresco living: a shaded al fresco dining area perfect for leisurely meals under the stars, a lounging space with a plush L-shaped sofa, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, sink, and generous worktop. On the opposite side, an inviting outdoor shower provides a refreshing finale to poolside days.

- For groups of 7, a fold-out extra single bed can be prepared in one of the bedrooms.
- Note that construction noise is illegal in this region of Croatia from 12th May – 6th October. If you book outside of this time, there is the possibility of construction noise impacting your stay.
- The area in the centre of and surrounding Hvar Town is notably on an incline. From the town centre, stone steps and uphill sections are required to ascend to the villa's elevation.
- Restaurants and other establishments mentioned are subject to seasonal availability. Opening and closing dates are determined by the businesses themselves and may vary. Some venues may be closed outside the peak summer season.
- As with all residential areas on Hvar Island, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No music is to be played outside during these hours.
The Area
Infinity Residence sits in a panoramic position 800 metres east of Hvar Town's historic core, where the Venetian architecture, labyrinth of pretty streets and excellent range of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife are well worth exploring.
Hvar Town stands as the beating heart of Croatia’s sunniest island, a fortified harbour settlement where Renaissance palaces and marble-paved squares rise straight from the water’s edge. Centred around one of the largest and most beautiful squares in Dalmatia, the town is dominated by the imposing cathedral of St. Stephen and overlooked by the hilltop fortress that offers sweeping views across the harbour and the Pakleni Islands beyond. Narrow stone streets lined with Venetian architecture, boutique shops, and inviting cafés lead down to the palm-fringed waterfront, where superyachts moor alongside traditional fishing boats, and the daily bustle of locals and visitors creates an infectious energy that lasts from morning market to late-night cocktails.
Beyond the historic core, Hvar Town serves as the perfect base for exploring the island’s natural and culinary highlights. Excellent restaurants range from sophisticated waterfront dining to family-run konobas serving fresh seafood and local wine, while the surrounding coastline offers secluded coves, pebble beaches, and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and boating. Regular ferry services and water taxis make arriving here from Split and day trips to the Pakleni archipelago effortless, and the town’s calendar is packed with cultural events, from classical concerts in ancient cloisters to the renowned summer festival scene. Well-connected yet never overwhelmed, this compact town holds more history, culture, and waterfront glamour per metre than almost anywhere else in the Adriatic.
