INSIDE
Accommodation at Villa Verde is laid out across two floors. The main entrance leads into the communal hub of the property, a spacious open-concept living and dining area that epitomises the aesthetics, quality levels, and attention to detail of the villa as a whole. Stone-tiled floors topped with heavy-woven rugs bring warmth, furnishings in different shades of green reflect Verde’s name, and sweeps of glass speak to the pure contemporary design.
Sets of glass doors combine to create a luminous atmosphere, while also bringing in the wonderful sea views and allowing easy access to the pool terrace. Carefully placed bibelots provide colour and interest, and the lighting, which includes integrated ceiling spots and designer lamps, enhances the already sophisticated and welcoming feel.
In the centre of this space, gathered in front of a 65” smart TV, is a voluminous L-shaped sofa and chaise longue. Immediately behind is the fantastic bar area with another sitting area consisting of an emerald green sofa and armchairs. The built-in SONOS music system extends throughout the interior and outdoor terraces. Beyond the living area is the main indoor dining area, with a large dining table for up to 10 people, which again opens out directly onto the pool terrace. To the left of the dining area the sleek, fabulously well-equipped contemporary kitchen, with glass doors leading out to the al fresco dining area.
On the opposite end of the ground floor, you will find the first of the five bedrooms. Like all of the other bedrooms, it is equipped with a super king size bed, its own 55” smart TV, Hitachi central air conditioning with individual room control, a wardrobe with integrated safe, and a luxurious en-suite shower room.
Immediately flowing from the main entrance, a staircase leads up to the first floor, which is entirely given over to the remaining four bedrooms, each of which has its own private balcony terrace that gaze out over the Adriatic and across the sea to the Pakleni islands.
OUTSIDE
The wonderful sweep of the terrace wraps around the property’s perimeter. The views are captivating, panning out to take in the crystal clear Adriatic in one direction, and the islands of Pakleni from the other. The terrace has been conceived to cater for a range of al fresco pleasures: the magnificent 11m-long infinity pool takes centre stage, but there is also the main outdoor dining area, a well-shaded lounging area furnished with quality outdoor sofas and armchairs, plenty of sunloungers – all surrounded by the Mediterranean greenery that envelops the perimeter.
Directly behind the house, a trail leads down to the smooth pebbles and clear waters of the President’s Beach.

- Villa Verde is the next door neighbour and twin of Villa Azzurro. So if you are a larger group of guests, then there is the possibility to rent both villas together as Villas Azzurro & Verde.
- The lower ground basement floor, accessed via a separate entrance, is home to the villa staff’s quarters, whose discreet presence ensures that guests are able to enjoy the property to the full.
- Note that construction noise is illegal in this region of Croatia from 12th May – 6th October. If you book outside of this time, there is the possibility of construction noise impacting your stay.
- Restaurants and other establishments mentioned are subject to seasonal availability. Opening and closing dates are determined by the businesses themselves and may vary. Some venues may be closed outside the peak summer season.
- As with all residential areas on Hvar Island, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No music is to be played outside during these hours.

Villa Verde is perched above the famous President’s Beach, a pleasant 15-minute coastal stroll from the heart of Hvar Town.
Hvar Town stands as the beating heart of Croatia’s sunniest island, a fortified harbour settlement where Renaissance palaces and marble-paved squares rise straight from the water’s edge. Centred around one of the largest and most beautiful squares in Dalmatia, the town is dominated by the imposing cathedral of St. Stephen and overlooked by the hilltop fortress that offers sweeping views across the harbour and the Pakleni Islands beyond. Narrow stone streets lined with Venetian architecture, boutique shops, and inviting cafés lead down to the palm-fringed waterfront, where superyachts moor alongside traditional fishing boats, and the daily bustle of locals and visitors creates an infectious energy that lasts from morning market to late-night cocktails.
Beyond the historic core, Hvar Town serves as the perfect base for exploring the island’s natural and culinary highlights. Excellent restaurants range from sophisticated waterfront dining to family-run konobas serving fresh seafood and local wine, while the surrounding coastline offers secluded coves, pebble beaches, and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and boating. Regular ferry services and water taxis make arriving here from Split and day trips to the Pakleni archipelago effortless, and the town’s calendar is packed with cultural events, from classical concerts in ancient cloisters to the renowned summer festival scene. Well-connected yet never overwhelmed, this compact town holds more history, culture, and waterfront glamour per metre than almost anywhere else in the Adriatic.
