Seca
Seca is a strikingly contemporary and attractive new tasting room presided over by Eva Marija, the dynamic scioness of the Ćurin family olive orchard. In the tiny village of Gdinj, surrounded by her farmland, taste her highly-acclaimed oils complemented by the bounty of her certified organic farm.
Tour & Tasting
Lavender Tour
This private tour visits the charming village of Velo Grablje, famous for its lavender growers and fields, before heading to a family farm in the island’s center. Take part in hands-on lavender harvesting and enjoy local specialties like lavender liqueur, juice, and dried figs.
Olive Oil Tasting
Radojković
This little slice of paradise was created by the Radojković family out of love for their family, the island of Hvar, and the sacred olive tree – guided by the belief that living in harmony with nature and enjoying its bounty is the most natural way of life. If you ask Ivo Radojković, he’ll tell you his oil tastes the best when it is sampled right where it is made, in his “garden of Eden”.

Olive Oil Tasting
Božić
Don’t miss the oil tasting room of Božić, where you are invited to experience cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil from the heart of the island of Hvar. This family-owned mill, established in 1997, is rooted in a deep passion for olives and the quality is reflected in their three exquisite single-blend oils.
