This tasting in the comfort of your villa is personally guided by the owner of the famous chocolate boutique in Hvar, Fedra Gamulin, whose passion and expertise infuse every truffle and praline, and make every moment deliciously unforgettable.
What to expect
- Explore chocolate history and tasting techniques. Who knew the world of chocolate was so fascinating? Delve into this new world with insights into its storied past and learn the art of tasting chocolate like a true connoisseur. Your guide will share expert knowledge and wine pairings to enhance every bite.
- Experience unique chocolates crafted with local fruits and herbs grown on Hvar. Discover how these regional ingredients can transform traditional chocolate into something truly extraordinary. Some will be pretty surprising... lavender chocolate, anyone?
- Share your thoughts and impressions on each chocolate sample. Your feedback will enrich this engaging and interactive experience.

Tasting notes
- This interactive tasting is played in pairs and has a maximum of 10 participants.
- One player guesses the flavour of each chocolate using only taste, while their partner writes down every guess. Once all the chocolates have been guessed, the players switch roles and repeat the exact same process with the same chocolates presented in the same order.
- Next, everyone tastes the identical set of chocolates again, still in the same order, but this time using their full senses.
- Finally, compare the taste guesses with the full sense guesses… the difference between the two rounds usually creates a surprising and entertaining reveal!
Terms
To book this Experience, full payment of 100% of the total booking price is required either at the time of reservation or 60 days before your villa arrival date, whichever comes later:
- If you book more than 60 days before arrival, pay for your Experience no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
- If you book 60 days or less before arrival, pay for your Experience immediately at the time of booking.
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the date of the Experience and receive a full refund. Any cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the Experience date are non-refundable.
