Our knowledgeable chef will guide you step by step as you prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes, all from the comfort of your villa's kitchen on Hvar. As well as the recipes and the techniques, you will also learn the story behind the dishes, and how they connect to the history and culture of this fascinating island.
The schedule
- 10am or 5pm: meet the chef at your villa
- 11am to 1pm, or 6pm to 8pm: join the chef to prepare your dishes, while enjoying a glass of wine
- 1pm or 8pm: enjoy the lunch or dinner you prepared, in the comfort of your villa. The menu will be complemented with a selection of local cheese and other delicacies.
What to expect
Personalised instruction: our chefs will come directly to your villa, bringing all the necessary ingredients and equipment. With their expertise, you’ll learn to prepare exquisite dishes tailored to your preferences and dietary needs.
Hands-on learning: roll up your sleeves and dive into the cooking process. From crafting delicate appetisers to mastering the art of perfecting a main course, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every step.
Local recipes: take home local multi-generational Dalmatian recipes that you’ve learned during the class. Recreate the flavours of your villa experience in your own kitchen, impressing friends and family with your new skills.
Booking policies
PAYMENT TERMS
For bookings of this Experience made more than 60 days in advance of your arrival date at your villa, the following conditions apply:
- A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance payment of 50% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment no later than 60 days before your arrival date at your villa.
For bookings of this Experience made 60 days or less in advance of your arrival date at your villa, the following conditions apply:
- Payment of 100% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment at the time of reservation.
