Like Hvar Island itself, this Jeep Safari Experience is truly one of a kind. This unique itinerary reveals spectacular sites off the beaten path, which are not accessible by conventional transportation methods. Ideal for visitors of all ages, this safari showcases the island’s untouched nature, charming old villages, and striking scenery.
Itinerary
Start with a drive to Malo Grablje, an abandoned 16th-century village, for a picturesque stroll and historical insights. Continue to Velo Grablje, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, once an industrial hub for wine, olive oil, and honey, and renowned for its lavender oil.
Next, ascend Vidikovac for panoramic views of Stari Grad, founded by the Greeks in 384 BC, and its ancient agricultural landscape. Then, climb St. Nicholas Peak for sweeping 360-degree vistas of the Adriatic, including neighbouring islands and, on clear days, Italy.
Descend to Sveta Nedija, known for its steep vineyards producing acclaimed red wine. If you opt for the half-day Experience, you will begin your return journey from here. Those enjoying the full-day Experience will stay for a traditional lunch at a family-run tavern, featuring locally prepared dishes like octopus, lamb, veal, or chicken, cooked using traditional methods.
After lunch, relax at Soline Beach in Vrboska and swim in its clear waters.
As the day winds down, return to Hvar Town via the scenic southern coast, where you’ll take in the serene bays, outer islands, and the shimmering Adriatic as the sun sets.

For bookings of this Experience made more than 60 days in advance of your arrival date at your villa, the following conditions apply:
- A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance payment of 50% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment no later than 60 days before your arrival date at your villa.
For bookings of this Experience made 60 days or less in advance of your arrival date at your villa, the following conditions apply:
- Payment of 100% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment at the time of reservation.
