Perfect for nature enthusiasts and history buffs alike, you will learn about the local history and day-to-day life of the bygone Mediterranean era against the backdrop of stunning vistas.

After meeting your guide and receiving a basic overview, it's time to start exploring.

The hike begins at Vidikovac, the highest point in this part of Hvar Island, approximately 390 metres above sea level. From this vantage point, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding islands and picturesque lavender fields.

You will enjoy walking along the ancient shepherd trails and barely see a soul. Walking may not be the first thing you associate with Croatia's premier party island, but Hvar's Mediterranean magic extends far beyond its nightlife!

You will continue your hike through the traditional mountain villages of Velo Grablje and Malo Grablje. Today, these nearly abandoned villages have only a few permanent residents, but they were once prosperous and renowned for their excellent wine and olive oil production.

From the village of Malo Grablje, you will descend to sea level, to the little seaside Mediterranean town of Milna on the south coast of the island, where the Experience concludes and you will have the opportunity to cool off in the refreshing waters of the Adriatic.
