3. Profile & Portal
Our professional copywriter will craft the perfect profile, ensuring your home appeals to the right guests. We will list your home with a seasonal pricing profile on top booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO – as well as our own booking site.
You will then receive your logins to your personalised portal and dashboard calendar, so you can easily find any information in one central hub.
2. Setup & Photography
Beautiful photos are vital to attracting guests to your home and achieving maximum rates. We will stage, style, and professionally photograph your home, ensuring the wow-factor on Airbnb and similar platforms.
With our full property setup service, we also assist with getting your property registered and inspected with the local Tourist Authority – and all the bureaucracy that entails!

Contact us by either calling us, emailing us, or filling out our form so we can call you back.
We will schedule a visit at your property, walk you through our services, answer any questions – and see if your home is a good fit. Within 48 hours, we will send over your custom Rental Opportunity Property Report with our recommended seasonal pricing profile and suggestions to maximise your property's occupancy and returns.
6. Property Maintenance
With our dashboard calendar, you have personal access and full transparency over who is staying at your home, when, and at what price. We carry out property inspections and inventory checks after every departure. We deal with any issues that arise, and having our own dedicated maintenance partner means we can solve most issues very quickly – ensuring your home is always good to go and without problems passed back to you.
We also provide Hvar Assured property maintenance packages to take care of your home throughout the off-season.
5. Cleaning & Laundry
